Yes, if you have good meta tags, really matching to your website and optimized. Then submit it to the search engines to get it listed. Have a look for some links and backlinks to get a better listing position, then you get some visitors.

I have had in meantime a look for your links, as https://www.moreinfo247.com/9571889/CB and ...default.aspx?r=642968. They have big numbers at end. To get a good listing position you should have real links, format as e.g.
http://network.pdndata.com/crosspage...ndatacom.shtml
unregarded, what ever you have there, as affiliate or not. Such links are more considered from search engines, get a better listing.
