The question is why didn't the person just save the image and upload it to ebay, instead of hotlinking.

Really the person should have taken a picture of the item but still...

I wonder how long its going to take him to notice it, thats a few listing fee's he wont be able to get back if it has bids . He has several listed using the same hotlink. It's so easy to just copy the photo and upload it to ebay, I think he's just lazy, actually as I look closer he got really lazy, it's like he just highlighted the box right off my product info page, javascript, description and all, lol. The first image isnt even working on my browser.

you can edit listing when they are for sale.

You can, but not after you have bids, last time I checked anyway.

I wish I had examined his auction closer, I could have mentioned something about his extremely high shipping costs...

Hahahahahahahahahaha...... I do notice that he has a good rating and 100% positive feedback, but customers have no idea about bandwith etc... so a little tough love is in order. Nice work.
