We are currently working on a really cool tool, a patent pending poised to provide free rental market rate valuation for the millions of apartments and houses for rent in most areas around the world.

Think of it as the Zillow.com for the rental housing market, due to debut later on this year.

rent bidding... the highest bidder gets the place...? hmmm, that's a novel idea... but not for us, but hopefully eBay's rent.com makes use of it... thanks for the coolest idea suggestion...

Thanks Akula; i am making a note from your postings, and will be in touch as we approach to launch it... and the domain, Rezate.com, most people in the office couldn't pronounce it at first, and we wanted something short, so hopefully this domain name will be OK.

hehe yeah, its an idea i had for Australia, as there is a high rental demand, but i dont have the time or money to really get something like that off the ground. Would need alot of agent support, and the public probably wont look to kindly on it.
