To those who prefer phone, why? People miss things, don't write things down and so on, online would be less mistakes. I guess maybe because it seems weird to go online and order?
well...a lot of the time when I order takeout, I'm with friends and we're too drunk to get up, switch on the computer, look the site up and figure out how to order a pizza...it's easier just to flip out the cellular and dial up the damn thing
with smaller takeaway shops, they either don't have a website, or I don't know their menu, in which case, I prefer to talk to someone and find out what's good
We order food off the internet alot at work. Its much more convienent to shoot a IM around the office and have someone just send in the order. Unfortunately only a few restaurants and pizza joints around my office offer online ordering.
