I had used it for papajohns pizza. It works just like ordering it on the phone and also they have better deals online.

I use wingzone.com as well as dominos.com, both are very popular here in my town because its a college town and people dont like to be put on hold.

To those who prefer phone, why? People miss things, don't write things down and so on, online would be less mistakes. I guess maybe because it seems weird to go online and order?

well...a lot of the time when I order takeout, I'm with friends and we're too drunk to get up, switch on the computer, look the site up and figure out how to order a pizza...it's easier just to flip out the cellular and dial up the damn thing

with smaller takeaway shops, they either don't have a website, or I don't know their menu, in which case, I prefer to talk to someone and find out what's good

We order food off the internet alot at work. Its much more convienent to shoot a IM around the office and have someone just send in the order. Unfortunately only a few restaurants and pizza joints around my office offer online ordering.
