Post Online Casino Poker Championships Surpasses Prize Guarantee
A leading online casino recently sponsored the World Championships of Online Poker (WCOOP) and caught the world's attention when its cash prizes exceeded the guaranteed prize of US 10 million dollars with only four poker tourneys remaining! This put the online casino poker room on pace to award nearly US 20 million dollars! In large live tournaments like the World Poker Tour and the World Series of Poker, players must battle it out until the end and earn their prizes based solely on how they finish. At the WCOOP, online casino players are allowed to make deals for the final table prize pool with a stipulation that US 10,000 to US 20,000 dollars remain on the table for the overall winner.
