Needs suggestions....
I wanna know what are required to prepare to start hosting a website because I haven't done any yet.

The minimum you need is a web hosting account and the site itself (though you can use an automated site builder)

Most people would also want a domain name but technically this is optional

Other than that it all comes down to your requirements (such as databases, serverside scripts/ components etc)

I am not in the web hosting industry but one thing I know from owning www.mojacity.com is that you need some good customer support and a server that doesn't go down too often!
