I'm looking for anyone who is or can refer me to a reasonably priced designer and someone with extremely reliable shopping cart solutions.

This will be for an online t-shirt company for clever and graphic tees so we're looking for hip yet simple design. Anyone? Thanks in advance.

Best idea I can give you is post a gig on craigslist.org and see what people are quoting you - and check out peoples portfolios. Portfolios will tell you what the company or freelancer can handle. Great for research before purchase. If you post a gig, you don't have to select someone - so use it to educate yourself on what ot expect. Post it on a big city like NY and you will get a lot of replies real fast.
