I am building a website with xhtml 1.1 strict and I am unsure as to how I would host the folder with files in it. I am used to reg html where you copy & paste the code onto the site & save. Can anyone help me out? Thanks so much.

from my understanding, its the same as html, its just that there are certain standards you must apply to your html, for example self ending tags must have a / for example <Br> should be <Br/>.

There is a host of other stuff, but nothing regarding folder and file placement.

Just build the website, even Google and Yahoo, (most of the other players as well) does not ahve valid xhtml according to the w3c validator. Its a waste of your money/time to concentrate on it, best to spend your time on making a good website for your users

I think he/she means xhtml/css....You know the one with the folder of files(pictures,html code)
