Being that I used to run a web design business 6 years ago I might be able to give you some helpful insight to your site.

Design: As some people have stated, your site is a little on the plain side. I'm not saying that you need something that is crazy, in your face, out of this world design but you definitely need to put more thought into layout design and colors. Your main menu should hold all of the main points of your business. Having just "Home" and "Contact Us" in the main menu just doesn't look right. You can either take all of the services you have listed and incorporate them into your main menu or add a "Services" button to the main menu and remove it from the left side of the screen. Add a button like "About Us" or something similar to the main menu to tell people about your company such as the level of experience of your programmers/designers, your company's mission statement, etc. At the same time you may want to remove the label "Main Menu" from the top, many people already know that that is the main menu due to it's contents.

Design Ideology: It would be helpful to prospective clients to know what kind of designs your company is capable of. Posting up some previous sites that the company as a whole has designed or even sites that weren't designed by the company itself didn't design but it's personnel did would be helpful to show the capabilities of your design crew. If you plan on basing most of your designs off of templates, post up some of the design templates from your template resources again to show the kind of work you will be producing.

Branding: I realize that you are still in the process of building your site, but you may want to pay particular attention to your companies branding. At the moment your company's title is in plain type at the type of the page. Consider taking your company name and tweaking it a bit. You can either take the company name and put it into a more creative font and add some coloring and depth to it or you can keep it in a standard font and add a logo design to it.

These are just a few of the steps that you can take to show your customers that you are a serious web business and won't be here one day and gone the next. I will be more than happy to give you some more ideas and critique as you go along if you want. Please don't take my comments as being harsh, as I wish you all the luck, I just wanted to point out some things that you might want to pay attention to.

If your using dreamweaver as your primary tool, I think you should actually learn about css etc.

Im sorry, but you are probably not a very good designer or coder.

Thumbs down

Dont worry, Crackah doesnt hate everyone, just anyone that isn't himself. just kidding crackah - But I certainly agree with you Crackah, in a less negative aspect... If you can't design your own website and graphics, how in God's name are you going to design someone else's? Let's say I came to you right now and said "I want a site with XYZ capability, certain color schemes, etc." How would/could you respond? Well, I don't think you'd be capable at all in responding to that request.

You need to read Dale's insightful and exceptional post here: Magic Pills, Leprechauns & Pixie Dust

Read that before you go another step or read another post. For your own sake, you're asking about income and how well you're going to do... but you haven't a clue what you're doing. It's evident that you want to startup a Joomla design business, but you aren't even developing a decent site for YOURSELF, let alone any clients.

This isn't the 90's where you say "If I build it, they will come, and I will get the $$$". Sorry, that's fantasy.. maybe a "magic pill", eh Dale?

Just a tip.. RocketTheme; jReviews; google some damn templates if you need to... but good God man, do some research on Joomla if you're going to use their CMS as a basis for your "business".

i see no flaw in the past comments.

my tip, right now get on adding more content articles with unique keywords and descriptions! sef urls is a must also!

you see, in my experience(not opinion) you can have a plain jane joomla site with an ugly template and have a lot of content articles with proper keywords, descriptions, sef urls, rss feeds, google sitemaps and more that will help your Search Engine Optimization. what good is it to have a beautiful site with little to no content as you have not helping your Search Engine Optimization?

the way search engines make love to a properly setup joomla(yes im a passionate joomla user since the mambo days) site is amazing! you can have an ugly looking site and still be ranked high for your keywords with a good amount of traffic than you would with a sexy site and improper content setup.

check out my company site, i just added the video on the abilities of joomla and seo! let me know what you think.
