Ok so I have finally got the site up and running looks nice, all the links are working, I also added a blog think that'll rake in more traffic? Im still brainstorming about making things better and how I can optimize it for search engines i added a meta tag is that enough?

The fastest way to get indexed is by getting links pointing to your website.

Make sure you have meta keywords in there etc too.
