I agree with MarcL. The site looks good but the logo bear seams plain to me.

hmm....no

it's too plain, not compelling

it doesn't make me go "wow!"

you wanna stress the novelty aspect of your product and having a large selection of product detracts from this effort

try the http://www.woot.com/ model

have one bear listed for a definite period of time, have a countdown timer, have lisks to reccomended/related products and some community features...like wishlists/boyfrind-girlfriend reviews/amateur pics contests...anything to get the people to register on the site, create content and share it with others

good luck

also...

I kind of like the create-a-bear option

it could possibly go places

particularly if people can upload a picture of their choice and have it printed on the bear

if I could describe my ex, it would probably be an F50 fishtailing at 100mph before crashing into a powerpole

...you can have a "what bear describes your ex"?

it would work like http://dna.imagini.net/friends/:

on the landing page have a question asking the prospect to click a picture that describes some aspect of the ex's personality....clicking a picture leads to a next picture and after say 5 questions, the user has the system spit out a recommendation as to what bear they should send their ex

if they don't like the reccomendation, they can then create a custome design, or repeat the recommendation procedure

this would be the kind of product I'd like to try out

you can also have celebrity bears like the one Jen Aniston would have sent Brad Pit when they broke up....they would be media magnets and collectible items

I also agree on the look of the bear, maybe adding something to it, and maybe brightening the blue a little. Just my opinion
