He most likely registered a DBA name (Doing Business As) name. That's the only thing I know you can do there, if you can setup LLC's there, damn I need to go do mines  |

Arraigned and booked as well, just hope I don't never hear them 2 words  I know I can go there and search public records for cash flow notes  But I just need to figure out who I need to speak to when I go in there to do such a thing so I don't look like an ass and more of the guy. |

The circuit court clerk's office should be able to help you with that.
Don't feel bad - I've been going to the same courthouse for over two years now to deal with business-related matters, and I always go to the wrong building!

Well... we learn by our mistakes Stealth, by the way (not sure if the circuit court clerk's office is the same, I was told it is but IDK) but I'm really looking for the Recorder of Deed's
By the way, try and stay away from the portion of the court that can put you in a little home with bars... j/k (for the record, my criminal record is clean ) |
