Just remember, your target market is all leads. Those leads become
sales prospects when your marketing efforts capture contact information. Sales prospects become customers when they exchange cash for the solution
that your business provides.

That's a good way of putting it. I don't think I've ever heard it put that way (not even in marketing class! ), but it's so true. And it boils things down so it's easy to know who you're talking to, depending on the stage they're at. It also helps define the approach you will use. I'll definitely have to make a note of this info.....thanks! (I'm done rambling now. )
