I need your FEEDBACK before nation wide release!!

The site I need feedback on is www.dotcomcapsule.com
I need honest critiques/ opinions and possible ideas. Let me know if you "get it". I am a graphic designer and created the site myself. By the way, the site is not totally complete, but would appreciate any and all feedback none the less. Thanks!

What a neat idea!

The site looks Ok to me. I like the layout and the color scheme. My only suggestion would be to make the graphics clearer - they seem a bit fuzzy/jagged.

Thanks for the comment TSO. I hope for it to catch on. I don't know why my graphics are fuzzy though. I create everything in photoshop. If you or anyone knows the reason for this please let me know what I may be doing wrong when uploading my images to the site. I created the site through yahoo web hosting using there sitebuilder software. Could this be the problem?

Would be best not to use too many graphic links, for SEO purposes, or you could use the "alt" tag so google knows what the link is.

This may be a stupid question but SEO and "alt tag means? Sorry I am a graphic designer with no experience in web design. And are you explaining how I can make my images more crisp on the web pages?

Use antialiasing in photoshop to remove the jagged edges. Also, when creating a font make sure to choose "smooth" edges in photoshop.

To be blunt... If I came across a site with a design like that, I would click the close button straight away.

Try again, or hire someone to do it. Good luck.

Akula -I never heard of a browser crashing due to simple graphics on a site. Yahoo actually made the tools I just created the graphics so the tech or commercial standards should not be the problem. I believe it is your browser.

Indy, if you are going to be blunt please elaborate. That is why I made this thread. Why would you click the close button straight away? Color? Graphics? Fuctionality? Give me feedback.
