I am considering selling my online business...advice?

I created an online business called http://www.dvdmixtape.com. Its really simple site simply capitalizing off the popularity of tvs and dvd players in cars and suvs. The site sells dvds of recent and popular hip-hop music videos. The problem is that I work a full time job and I don't have time to pack, ship, advertise, etc so sales have gone through a bit of a slump. At a high I was able to generate a revenue of about 6k in a month, but now I usually do around 1500-1000. Which isn't bad, but I want to transfer off and focus on internet ventures that will run themselves so I can concentrate on my fulltime job. I also need to be upfront and say that this there are some legal issues with the business...but I have never had a problem. I digitally encode the videos from television and then make a custom disc on my computer and make copies from there. I got a deal from a printer so I pay between 30-85 cents a disc with lable and sell on the site for 9.99 plus shipping. If anyone is interested I might sell and the buyer would get the domain name, all the orginal discs and image files, all dreamweaver and graphic files for the site, etc. If anyone is interested hit me at contact@dvdmixtape.com

I just came up with the idea (to sell) on the spur of the moment this morning 5 minutes before I posted this. Any advice? I got a few orders and I didn't feel like filling them (I did anyway) cause I was getting ready work AND working on a newer business idea at the sametime...lol.

http://www.sitepoint.com and other webmaster forums, have marketplaces where people can buy and sell websites.

There are lots of people with money on SitePoint, ready to buy websites.

I have been running it for a little over a year. Roughly. I started with only one DVD the Uncencensored Mix and then used the profits from selling it on ebay to expand the site to what I've got now. I hate to sound cheap, but do you think that it would profitable considering the "nature" of what im selling? I would hate to push it on sitepoint and then get pushed off for whatever reason...to be perfectly real with all of you I don't even have a business license... Is it worth anything?

I wouldnt be as concerned about the business license (althought thats not good lol) as I would be about the legal issues with the labels. They dont like people selling even music videos without the appropriate licensing agreements.

yea, thats what I meant by "nature" of what I'm selling...lol. Like I said I've never had a problem and when I started selling on ebay I realized that I wasn't the only one by any means. That doesn't make it right, but I realize it could hinder the amount I could get for it...if anything. So if selling isn't really an option then I'll just continue running it.
