Ok, so i get my name for my site and buy the domain and get someone to design me a kick arse website. As a complete new starter to internet business, i havent got a clue how it works...

To make money, and i mean eventually enough to be comfortable and not have a day job, what are the best ways to run an internet business? Mine is basically giving people help and information to develop themselves in a certain field that i am specialised in. I realise that i may make money from sponsors, but i believe that (i) its difficult to get them and (ii) i'd like to invest that money advertising my site on other sites anyway. Although i havent got a clue how to go about that either.

I really dont know how to do this thing properly. Im confident it'll work, very well in fact, but i want to hit the ground running obviously. What would be the most profitable way to run this thing?!?!
