Don't think there's a way with all of them...and alot of the websites that say they do are frauds.

each search engine will have a submit form as per googles above. There isnt really any need to submit a site to a search engine however as they will naturally find your site by links to your site from others.

I dont think I have ever submitted a site to a single search engine and yet have always appeared on the likes of Google within a couple of weeks.
