How Would You Go About Making One Of These Websites And Can They Make You Money?

Firstly, look at post through this forum, there are alot about google adsense.
Secondly, you make the website not google adsene you add this to your website.
Thirdly, you can make money from it if but it depends on what your website is about and if people who hit on your site click on the ads.
Finally, search the internet about google adsense there is alot of information out there.

I can tell you one of the most brilliant uses of adsense I have seen yet.

I went to a website (I can't remember the name now) that was a simple word.

If I can remember it, I will post it here.

Anyway, I will use "guns.com" as an example until I can remember the name.

Imagine you go to www.guns.com. Obviously you are looking for guns. Well, you get there, and there are a few photos of guns on the page, and Google ads on the left and right side of the page both linking to all gun sites.

What are you probably going to do from there? My guess would be click directly on one of those ads that are actually going to take you to a website that really has guns.

that is done similary on www.seniority.co.uk, the main thign is getting the traffic, which is hard to do without the specific domain

i found out that http://www.ebusiness.com/ is similar to what you are saying, a few pictures and it is surrounded by google ads on the left and right
