Off the top of my head, no. But if you do not want ads on your site i wouldnt go with a free host. The reason they are free is that they have ads running on your website. Or if that isnt the case your domain name needs to be "www.yoursite/thehostsname.com"

I'd say fork out the $1.99 at some places for the basic plan and just do it yourself. Then again, I dont know everything.

I was looking for some free hosts, i knew they were out there...but they always had something u had to pay for...or it was just a scam to sign up so they can steal ur e-mail...

theres a link to a good free webhost in my SIG, customer support better than some paid hosts that i have had LOL. i personally have 8 site with these guys over a 3 year period i think roughly. i have tried many free web hosts over the years but this is the best i have found. see what they have to offer but have a look around see what you can find but i doubt you will find something better.

Wealthy Affiliate has free webhosting (no ads or nothing - same benefits as paid hosting).

They also have a free website builder.

The only catch is, they're a paid membership site.
