The article doesnt give too much away, but its certainly an idea I never thought of.

Ive been thinking about flipping ebay items, but I didnt follow Donald Trumps advice,

Flipping houses on e-bay sounds like bad speculation to me.

What happens when you flip a house with a serious defect that you didn't know about because you were on the other side of the USA? The buyer that actually goes to live in the thing is going to come after you.

Secondly, how do you know you are really getting a good price if you don't know the local market?

I wouldn't buy/sell a house on ebay because i don't think your gonna get a better price then you would at a normal auction house or with an estate agent(selling the house that is) and to me buying/selling houses on ebay seem a little odd to say the least
