I just picked up Surchers.com, and I'm planning on turning it into a high quality paid directory.

Any estimation on domain value if I develop it?

I wouldn't think it's worth too much. Because it is mis-spelled, it's going to be very hard to get type-in traffic. If you can develop it into something, that's a different story, but right now, it might be worth the registration fee.

Well www.Surch.com is a pretty established search engine. So I could be getting some traffic from that.

Plus I'm planning on this being a high PR (6+) directory.

I would also say the domain itself is worth nothing, its a good memorable name but you need a site to go along with it.

Yes. Once it's developed and has brand recognition, then of course it could be worth more. But it does not have that right now.
