I've just started creating an arcade site and I was told by someone that it would be a good idea have a business plan.

But surely I dont need one for a small project like this do I?

If you are looking to get funded by large companies, it is a good idea to.

Another reason for a business plan is back around 16 months ago, my partner and I had a business plan created and then we won two competitions and netted $25,000 to go to our new business.

So, you could create a plan and compete, or use one for your own uses liek organization, missions.

What i do, is write each venture on a plain white piece of paper, pin it to the wall, and write the goals for each venture on the paper, I have liek 26ed pinned
