yes, you'd need code. dreamweaver isn't gonna give you a tutorial for how to build a MYSQL driven application.

dude, there are no shortcuts. if you wanna do a tech startup, you gotta build a team, recruit a CTO etc etc etc

im not really interested in doing everything myself, ideally i would like to wake up and have it all done already..but i wouldn't know how to really recruit a team so i figured getting help from books and programs like dreamweaver and hotblog like you advised would be easier..

that's the challange, that's what's respected in business.

you have to be able to recruit and manage people

I told you how to do this: do the surveys, hone your pitch, approach people, ask for introducts and you'll build your team

would recruiting a team require face to face meetings because im only 15 so i don't know how people would react to me managing them..

You could have a team of freelancers.
