"Customer-Made" is the next big trend

I saw a link for a great article on the future of business with a hands-on customer centric methodology. I haven't finished the article, so far it's an excellent read. Article link.

Book recommendation...

There is an entire book on this subject that I completed recently called Beyond the Brand by Winsor.

Fairly good book.

I've read John Winsor's blog for the past little while, Beyond the Brand. I'll check his book out.
