Alright, here's your best bet, you need a place to host your images that you use in your header, thats first, second, design a header in Photoshop and transfer the file to Imageready then slice the image and click Save Optimized As, that will save the entire image as HTML, then, open the file in Dreamweaver and add your links and background images, like I said, I would be willing to design it for you for a good price. Also, if you would like good looking EBay Templates and dont have time (or dont know how) to design would, try out a place called Biggerbids.com

Thanks, If i use a full HTML code as a description that has about 4 pictures in it as a listing...will eBay charge me for those 4 pictures?

To be honest, I dont remember about the fees involved with Ebay and the stores becuase its been about 6 months since I've been on, but, like I said, if you use Biggerbids.com you get about 15 different professional looking templates for your auctions, as well as 12 large pictures.
