Ive been pondering the last while on a new project to undertake since i have domain and hosting already paid for and could sue something that could be a cash cow, if it had the rigth work and time put into it.

I was thinkin about an online mall type thing(yes i know it wont be the first). A place where mercvhants can come and put their shop and people come and buystuff etc etc etcd pretty simple idea, then the site takes a smal smal cut of what the merchants sell or a flat fee or whatever other options their may be.. just tossing things around in my head right now and im curious what people think about something like that..?
maybe im way off a good idea and i should scrap it all together.. or maybe i should stop sharing my good dieas? lol

Scrap it ... Yahoo! Stores does this, and better than you (or anyone else) ever could. Not to mention Internet malls were one of the first Web-based business models, and therefore are not novel. In addition, this industry has more than enough players.
