My site has pop unders but i dont think they are working,as i get 200+ uniques a day and only make 0.06 from popunders.When it should be more.Can you just click on my website and see if the pop ups work.

I'm using IE 7 and Opera 8.54. Both sites in both browsers don't have popunders.

On an added note, they both took a really long time to load (on a cable connection). All the stuff at the bottom of the pages is making them really slow; you probably are aware of that already though.

Why pop-unders ? You can probably make more from other advertising that won't piss off your users. You could try some ads program or even selling simple links on your page.
