crackah: Web design this is tough. Well how about this idea: Why don't you do a full solution for your client. This mean, you will take your client idea and developed and design full web site, provide management/ team leader, advertising, advisor, etc... And let them be the CEO.
Make it a package or let your client choose which service best fit their need. Will this work? Ofcourse it would work because 90% of this world lack the self confidence to become successful. And guess what? by providing the full services, all your client has to do is provide the idea, and you will provide the confidence and expertise!
And don't forget to let the client play CEO because this is their game and winning or losing is all in their hand. And you provide them with a "team leader, advertising expert, and a consultant expert"....
This solution is based on the theory of convience and lazyiness as well! And it has proven to work over and over in the real world with the creation of the supermaket and some other business I don't know
but I know it will work...
If you do this right and brand your business, you could become the next Starbuck for web design... Web design/ Web development I believe is in it early stage, in 10-20 more years there will only be a few big companies left to play. "back in 1900s there were almost 500 auto manufacture in America and now 2007, there is only about 3 companies"... Its the universal law, if you play well, you will win. You can look translate this law into why only about 10% of the population are millionaire in the US.
manguydude21: Poker? I am not a gambler but if I were a investor I wouldn't buy any long term stock for poker company because poker wasn't even that popular until some "television show World Poker Campionship or something like that" made it so. I think poker is cool right now because the TV is making it cool. And much like Pokeman, and POG cards, it will die out when the TV start to lose viewer. And who's going to keep on promoting POKER???? The poker company are getting free advertising right now from Television but when the Television stop airing POKER tournament, they will slowly die as well. I predict this poker hype will not last more than 5 more years TOP....
And beside, gambling is BAD!!!

Amit.Shah: Physical apperance, I suppose you mean online and offline shop? HMMM.... Since you like business so much... Why don't you start a entrepreneur place? Kinda like those "internet cafe" atmosphere, but with a little bit of sophisication and sytle.
Here wanna be entrepreneur like yourself can have a cup of your delicious "starbuck coffee" and work on their website with your "computer for rent", or just work on their "work from work" because they dont' want to go home and be bother by their kids.
This is what you can provide, entrepreneur books, personal development CDs, Free busines magazine to read, copier, scanner, fax, basically whatever the entrepreneur need to run his business.
Also, Most bar provide Karokee night! Why don't you provide "Ideas Night" This when you let people sign up to come on Friday to share their idea with other like minded entrepreneur and maybe find a investor, get other people opions, etc..... You can even charge them a small fee to present their idea lolz....
MONEY MONEY $$$$$$$$$$$...

If not here is 2 scenior ( misspell but who care, I never passed the 9th grade)...
Example A: 21 year old guy who has a great idea for an internet business. He has no clue how to start a business. He come to your Entrepreneur Place and you provide him with everything he needs to learn about starting his business in a warming and comfortable atmosphere!!!! ( This is highly important for yoru success, a warming and comfortable atmosphere!!!) , give him an oppertunity to present his idea to other people and see what they think about it.
Example B: 44 year old man has a corporate job, he is tired of working in his office and staring at the white wall, while everybody in his company has gone home. He stuck there working by himself. Well he decided, damn with this boring dead place. I will go to Entrepreneur Place and sit down, have a nice cup of coffee, listen to some soft coozy melody, and use their computer to finish the rest of my work. And guess what?
DO YOU SEE THE MAIN STRATEGY FOR THE IDEA? " You keep the fire (idea/ business dream) going with your "Entrepreneur Shop". You help these people feed their flame (business ideas) by providing an business inspirational place for them to come and be inspired to make their idea a reality!!!
Ok, Nothing like this has been done before and if there is such a shop,, I am sure you and I will be there because why? Why the hell are we on youngentrepreneur.com ? isn't youngentrepreneur.com a online shop for "entrepreneur" to keep their flame going???? Look at all the other big multi million dollar "fortune.com" "entreprenuer.com" etc... What they do is keep the business idea flame burning.
You will take this concept in to the world of reality and make it into a shop. I high suggest you find creative and sytlish people. Somebody with "class" and good character to help you build this shop....
Now for my reward because I spent 20 enjoying minute to dream of this idea. I would like 1 percent of your profit forever
