I run a small IT Freelance biz with 2 clients - one in the US and another in Canada.

How can I increase my biz without spending too much.

Hi everybody,

I am going to try to answer everybody question:

paul2145r: International Staffing is a big pie to eat.

After analyzing the process of worker and employer. I think inorder to get ahead of the game in the internet staffing agency, you have to see the future!

This is what I see.

1. Words of mouth
2. Newspaper
3. Radio
4. TV
5. Internet
6. ? ( I don't know either)

Do you see what is missing? TV job commercial was non existence because of the high cost of advertising commercial.

Idea: Job video commercial online.

This mean you can create a website for employer to post an online job commerical and have interactive online interview!

Just think about it! You're looking for a job, wouldn't it be nice to see job commercial (and ordinary text listing) and be able to do online interview at your own computer?

The benefit is obvious to both employer and employee. A picture is worth a thousands words. Especially for multi billion dollar company seeking for talented high end jobs. And don't worry, Once your business competitor start using online job commercial to show how cool it is to work in his business and he start to get all the "high qualify applicant', you would want to do the same as well.

Now the problem to how do you make the commercial? Ofcourse the Multi million dollar business can easily produce their own job commercial. But for the little guys, you can sell them pre-made commercial template for their industry. Or offer a services to create a full commercial for them. And ofcourse worker comes and go, however, they will still have the commercial to use again and again to find more worker.

The above is my vision of "internet staffing agency"....

The strategy for this idea is. TV job commercial cost too much that's why job listing has skp the TV medium. However, with the internet for penny video listing, Now job commercial online can be a reality!

This is huge if you can do it right because the STAFFING AGENCY is multi billion dollar business!!!

Remember to give me some money $$$$$$$$$$ play_n_win2001@yahoo.com Thank You

syia: You like apparel, I had this idea a while back for clothing. Create a "Fart Proof" underwear. Basically, when you fart, the gas will be trap to your underwear. I think there are materials that will trap gas already. You just have to do some research.

Now imagine> would you buy a plain underwear or you would buy a underwear with "fart proof protection"?

Sell your patent to big companies to make it.

********************************

This is all for today, my mind is going down hill again

Goodluck!

Why dont you create a business that builds business'? Where you do what your doing, bounce ideas off your clients/partners untill you have the 'perfect idea' and the overall vision for their business. You help them start it up, and in turn you get high percentage of the buisness?

Like someone comes up to you and wants to make a pizza place. Then you give them the idea to make it all you can eat pizza! then you decide to call it 'munchies' or something. And you think up the perfect atmosphere, say, glow in the dark, neon, tropical forrest style. Then you decide what types of pizza you will offer, at what prices, say $8 entrence fee for 30 minuites. Then you two write up a buis plan, and get to work on creating the business. All is said and done, they are happy with their new pizza place that gets 300 visitors a day, and you are happy with your cut of the 'pie'

just my $00.02

Youve got good ideas, you can be creating something man.

Love the Entrepreneur Place idea Aperfect!

But how would you make your money from it? What is the business model for income generation?

Selling books, personal development cds, charging for the use of computer, internet, scanner, fax, printer etc, coffee and snacks???

If I am correct, I don't believe you ever answered this one, so I'll ask it again

I live in a community largely based around a local historical lake, how can I capitalize on this opportunity?

Thanks,
