Yes, I've tried it, and it sucked. I got much better results by purchasing ads from sites in their directory.

It did brought some traffic to me. 100+ a day. However, I'm suspecting on these clicks.

1. They may not be targetted traffic. Although I selected the categories for my ads to appear.

2. Someone just clicked away my ads creating a high number in my record, but its only a few who is actually visiting.

AdBrite has far less effective click fraud controls than Google (whose click fraud controls are pretty poor), so it is very well possible that they were almost all fraudulent. Are you measuring movement across your site (i.e. using analytics software of some sort)?

Don't buy run of network ads.

Look in their site directory.

Yesterday was the third day of using Adbrite. I decided to stop using it.

It brought in 400+ visitors. 0 conversion. When I tracked these visitors, they enter the page and left. 99% did not move to other pages, or click through.

It may be the page they enter is not good enough for conversion, or they are just fraud clicks.

You didn't purchase the interstitials, did you? Of course you would receive no results from those.

Weird, but definitely must be click fraud then.
