another site plagiarizing ours. what to do?

Hey I have a question. i run Studentbid.com. our corporation is studentbid, inc. Anyway a couple weeks ago i came across a similar site called studentbid.net operating out of the UK. I went to their 'about us' page and saw that it was plagiarized directly from our FAQ and more so from the press release we wrote in september of 2006. anyway i emailed them and they took it down. now today i see they have a press release or article written in auctionbytes.com and the information is once again taken directly from the press release we wrote down to my quote (im craig karger). this is extremely frustrating to me and i especially cannot believe someone could so blatantly rip us off, not only in name studentbid to studentbid.net but only changing their names and adding the .net in the press release. I emailed auctionbytes and asked them to take the article down and for an apology and a correction to the article plus I emailed this studentbid.net again. since they are located in the UK and we are a US corporation is there anything we can do to stop these sleazes? Thanks!

here is our press release from september of 2006:

here is their article from 5 days ago:

You could notify their webhost and tell them what they are doing, the webhost should have rules against plaigiarism and may take their site down. About the name, im not sure if it is illegal to use someone elses registered business name as your internet address, but you should look into that and that could have them shut down too.

I agree, it is totally unfair that people do this, good luck!

thank you for your help. it is just very annoying they are trying to copy us in every way down to our own press release. can't they come up with any ideas of their own. they can't even write their own press release?

The fact is that they probably know nothing about what they are doing, so they wouldn't know where to start in writing something about their site/business with their own knowledge.
