Added A Forum To My Website.

Ok, the forum is up and running, just need to think of how to start each category up, withing the forum there is a private category for country owners and the boards are:

1. Link Exchange
2. Advertising & Marketing
3. Polls

visit: www.Map-Traffic.com to take a look.
visit: www.Map-Traffic.com/forum to see the forum.

am going to add more as the site progresses and when there is a need. Just wondering should I post in it myself to start up categories or just wait?

Also 2 countries are for sale Madagascar and Namibia.

Thanx guys, appreciate the help.

Hey, I like your forum a lot. If I could offer you one piece of advice, it would be this: Go upgrade to SMF 1.1 Release Candidate 2. It looks much better, and has many more features. Here's an example of a SMF 1.1 RC2 forum: http://www.reganweb.com/clients/Brian/index.php?

If you need any advice on how to upgrade, send me a PM and I'll tell you how.

So tell me, how does your site work?

hay Regan looks good, ya I think I might need your help trying to upgrade. Well the sites concept is quite easy. If you want to gain exposure to your website, gain traffic, gain popularity or get onto the Search Engines quicker you need to get your website link out there and thats exactly what www.Map-Traffic.com does. The first thing you need to do though is buy a country, obviously the more countries you own the more places you are on the map, which results in everything I said before.

Also Map-Traffic.com is indexed on almost all search engines:

Google: http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=...e+Search&meta=

Msn:
http://search.sympatico.msn.ca/resul...988&FORM=REDIR

Altavista:
http://www.altavista.com/web/results...om&kgs=0&kls=0

and countless others.

Moreover there is forum because it creates a community feeling, on the forum you can share your Multimedia (Movies, Software etc.) Discuss about new and old businesses and business ideas. Also if you own a country you have special priveleges such as there is a private category made just for Country owners when they get access to exclusive downloads and can enjoy a link exchange program with other country owners. Creating a web of websites.

Hope that answered your question.

thx
