800x600 The devils resolution
Thats's it I am officially starting a campaign to ban this screen size, everybody must use 1024x768,
I just spent the last few days making a new site only to find out it looks crappy in 800x600, this web design stuff is murder!

Right now I got that off my chest I can start all over again, oh joy!

yeah its a pretty huge PITA to get a website to work in every resolution, every OS, and every browser. Sometiems you just gotta live with works for most.

Go with designing for the majority, as shycon said. You can really get frustrated trying to design for all.

Really you have to just think about what your target audience is using and just design for them. If it's a site about nearsighted people....I would go for the 800x600!!!
