depends on the type of site you have. Adbrite wont get you much for a site with few users. I aint never used clicksor. google is the best for multipurpose ads.

I personally use Adbrite on one of my sites. We used Google's, Bidvertiser, and a few others though.

It just depends on your site and what your doing with it.
