    Where to find an investor?

Hi. I've talked to a team of local developers about a project that i wanted to build. They told me the price that they are willing to do it for and it sounds like a pretty ok price to me. Theres only one problem i dont have the money. I was thinking about getting a bank loan but i decided not to because im young and my credit score isnt high enough so thats when i though about getting someone to invest in my project. The amount i need for this project will be about $15,000. Im pretty sure that i can have the investors money back within a year after the project launch. I have faith that this project will become successful in many ways. I already have a team ready to build the site, im great with marketing/advertising, seo, and anything of that kind. Now all i need is an investor willing to invest $15,000 into my project. But where can i find the right investor for this project. Also what is a great way to convince an investor that my project is worth investing in?. A written business plan, great power point presentation or what? Please provide me with any suggestions, helpful comments, and so on.
