What is the best way to find thrustworthy partners in India and China?

I am looking for partners in high populated countries like China and India, where the economy is booming.

But I find it kinda difficult to find them thru the internet.

If someone have some advise or tips, I would be very grateful.

Hi
I am from India and I am looking for partners for my start-up business. The business involves investing in India and taking advantage of the booming economy there. I am currently working for a Fortune 500 company in Tampa FL and I plan to launch my Indian business in August.
