I'm putting the finishing touches on a plan to develop a niche website that generates revenue via the massive "podcasting" trend.

I'm interviewing potential partners who are highly skilled in all aspects of web development and programming. You should also be service oriented and passionate about music. Online marketing skills are preferred, but not a must, as two of our partners specialize in that end of things.

Disclaimer: This is an entrepreneurial start-up venture that will require an investment of time (not money) on your part. I am prepared to offer an equity position in the venture, but no salary or profit can be guaranteed in any way. Generating revenue from podcasting has yet to be done, but there are business models that may work.
