Hello,

I'm interested in starting an online retail business, but I am afraid of the obstacles that will stand in my way, please could you offer me some advice?

Here are my problems:

I am just 16 and understand that there is alot of legal stuff to get through (registrations etc), i don't even know if i'm old enough to sign them.

I cannot afford to buy stuff wholesale, is there anyway that business's allow you to resell their products and you recieve a % of the profit, until i could then afford to buy my products wholesale?

I was thinking about selling software (including design programs, games etc) is this a good business to get into?

I had an idea that customers could have the choice of actually downloading the software if they couldn't be bothered with the whole delivery process; could this work?
