Hey I was just reading your posts and I was just wondering how much you know about what it takes to start a magazine. I would possibly like to expand one of my companies into a magazine and am curious as to what it would take. I would not act on this for a while but it doesn't hurt to have ideas in the works in the mean time. it would most likely be a print magazine and I just wanna know like how much that would cost to startup.

If this plan actually does come to fruition I will no doubt do much more research but I just kind of had this brainstorm from reading the thread and am curious.

Try contacting Marc. I believe he has worked on several magazines and has started magazine too if my memory serves correctly. He should know all the basic costs involved. Don't know him super well but my wife worked with them over 3 years ago.
