I am looking for whatever information I can get on starting a temporary medical staffing agency.

My wife and I are both in the medical field and we are looking to start up a temporary staffing agency.

I am trying to find out mostly the legal side of it (what documents would be needed, insurances, etc....(

100% of all of our staff will be sub-contractors so I am trying to figure out insurances, and if it would be a good idea to incorporate or file a DBA.

I just want to figure out what would be the best way to pursue this because I know that there is a potential for high liability in the medical field.

Any information would be so greatly appreciated.

The insurances and credentialing are the toughest part of the start up stage but thereafter it becomes easier. It also matters where you live because you have to register your company with the hospitals and they only can choose from that list its called the state medical registry (google) that muddies the water a bit kind of like dealing wiht the governemnt.
