    Shopping center occupancy rate.

    What % of occupancy is considered good for a shopping center. What is great, bad, horrible?

    Perhaps to explain a little.... our shopping center has a very bad occupancy (56%), but the various owners are trying to raise rents. I could only find one quote on google (Below 70% is in danger of catstrophic failure) and I would like to have some more numbers to present. Thanks..... Norm
