Purchase a domain name?
I have a problem. The domain name I want is taken, but the content on the site is completely BLANK. Just a title with the domain name in it, and the background set to red. I want to purchase the domain but there is no contact information or anything on the site. Is it possible to find out who owns it through another means? Some kind of global registration?
