greetings earthlings, i need some help starting a publishing company, i'd like to self publish a few books that i have written first, but a lot of my friends have also wrote books and are waiting for me to self publish so that after that i can help publish theirs. What are the best ways to go about starting a publishing company? There are some many things to do that i am not sure where to start! so drop in with some advice pretty please!

you can publish your own at cafepress.com, with quanities as little as 1 at a time. Ihave no experience with cafepress and not sure on the quality, but something you might want to consider. They're probably meant more for light publishing, and not enough to distribute.

Publishing and printing are two different industries.
