Smile Pastry Business?

I'm a 19 year old pastry chef right out of school. I'm looking to start my own business. I'm looking to start a bakery that offers vegan products and a "green" enviroment. I dont know how to go about getting partners and if you could please give me your suggestions about if you think it will be a success or not, i'd love to hear your in put.

Thanks

Couple questions:
What city is this in?
Do you love being a chef and/or do you love business? When you own your own shop, you'll wear the pasty chef hat some of the time, but small business owner hat a lot of the time also.

General comment - decent amount of capital required to start a brick & mortar shop, so you'd be putting some money into this before you come close to breaking even.
