Hi I am opening a cookie delivery shop in Columbia Missouri. Just wondering if you guys knew of any good wholesalers around my area. Stuff I plan to buy in bulk include:

cookie dough ingredients(flour, butter, sugar, etc)
candy and other cookie fix ins(chocolate chips, M&Ms, nuts, raisins, etc)
milk from a milk dispenser
bottled soda and water
frozen fruit for milkshakes and smoothies
pizza boxes to deliver cookies in

I am sure I am forgetting a bunch of other stuff, but I need to get some quotes to make a projected financial statement. Also does it matter if I purchase ingredients and other products from a wholesaler around Columbia Missouri, or could I get them from other places in the country.

Any help would be appreciated.

a food distributor, like Sysco or Edward Don or one of the other dozens of food distributors nationally. Have you tried the yellow pages yet, its usually a good place to start? Or asking a reastaurant in your area.
