Need help

I am starting up a website business and i am just thinking about how will i get people to come and play on it. Its a Ladder Gaming Website so people come and make a team and play against other teams. Does anyone have any tips on how i can get people to come to it? i stumbled over some posts on ebay that say "50 SIGN UPS TO YOUR WEBSITE OR BUSINESS + 50,000 VIEWS" for $49.95. What does that even mean? i don't get it. My hosting comes with $50 for advertising on google adwords and that will help i think but. I can get my friends to play on it but its hard for people to like my website without lots of other teams. If anyone has any tips on this subject it will be appreciated a lot.

Have your started the website yet?

Maybe you should have a look at some of your competitive websites, just search Google or another search engine.

Your best bet would be to use your Google adwords cash to get your site viewed by your targeted market, gamers, teens, students etc. Use your cash wisely and slowly disperse it over a long period.

Be for you pay for the 50,000 views product you should closely investigate their testimonials etc. This type of product my produce a rapid and huge amount of traffic to your site but it may not be targeted and they most likely will not be interested in your web site and therefore you’ve wasted your $49.99.

Firstly get your site up and running then experiment, test monitor possible advertising media's using adwords, forums etc.

You may want to use your friends as promoters and get the word our about your site.
