    It support for small/medium business

    Hi guys,

I have a question about the it support for the small or medium business (pc-repair, pc-maintenance , installations .....etc.)
Do small business and medium ones hire people(company) for doing that or It is done by their employees?
I know that if it is a large company probably they have a department for that job ....

Well, yes ...but what I am asking how the companies do work ? Do they hire people for maintenance(installations, repair, configuration ...just basic stuff) of their computers or they do it by themselves(they engage the people who already work there to do that ... ???

    Both..
It will depends on the company itself and your offerings..

2 scenarios to consider.. It will be best if you can answer these 2 questions..

    1. Why do they need to hire you if they are not doing themselves currently? Why YOU? Not others or even considering hiring?

    2. If they are already doing it themselves, why they should hire your services instead of doing it themselves? Why are YOU different and what value you add?
