Is this legit ?
Hi ive just bought the domain name www.virginairways.info but want to know weather i can sell it.Virgin s airline is virgin atlantic not virgin airways and if the domain was available to buy then it should be fine right ? Can you give me some advice on where i stand legally ?

honestly if you were to put some kind of content on there which is positive towards the company they wouldn''t care less. If your going to resell it i don't think they would care, they will only show interest if you start slating off the company.

ive found this website virginbrand.com and uses the name virgin in it but it does state that it is unofficial do surely if they have done it i can sell my domain name .

I'm not a trademark lawyer, but I think virginairways.info would be OK. It doesn't use any trademarked phrase (they can't trademark virgin in and of itself, it has to be "Virgin Airlines" that is trademarked).
