As much as try to, being of a non-sales background, ' am pondering on the consistent advice that startup founder needs to get involved in the sales.
[yes 'do have technical background, but have moved on to acquire biz skills too, but havent mastered sales which is want 'want to delegate but support in every possible way]
having an independent sales rep with me, can some one exchange some notes on how you went about supporting your sales person esp. during initial early customer acquisition?
