Incorporating or not ???

I am going to start a custom t-shirt company by the end of January 2005. I already got my DBA. I have also been approached by some individuals to do some commercial and residential insulation installation services.

Now I am new to business and this is all going to be one hell of a learning experience.

I heard there are some advantages to this and then some. Noone really is specific they give vague reasons why and why not.

If I wanted to make and sell custom t-shirts and also do insulation work as well, should I make myself into one business and do work under this title or just get 2 DBA's and work that way.
